Liquid Steel PRO Warranty Registration Form

Liquid Steel Pro will give you a warrantee  with a proper  installation or application by Vera's RV mobile Detail a Detail Hub Car Care Products Certified Installer; your vehicle’s paint finish will remain protected against:

Oxidation

Loss of gloss

UV Damage

Acid rain

If any treated paint is shown to be adversely affected from exposure to these conditions or through normal use, as evidenced by a visible loss of paint gloss and providing that all of the terms of this warranty have been met, then such conditions will be remedied by a  Certified   installers, who reserve the right to attempt repairs through professional and approved methods. and a annual inspection must be perform to keep warranty.

Coverage terms up to 5 years, when annual service requirements are meet . Failure to undertake an annual service will terminate the warranty. contact your Certified installer for more details.  

Warranty coverage is only valid if Certified Installer  has issued a Warranty Code and has been registered within 30 days of application Date

• Vehicles are required to have inspection by Certified  installer  prior to application.  Some additional work may be required by the authorize installer. 
•  n the event of damage / repair to the surface (i.e. accident repair) the vehicle must be taken to an approved applicator for retreatment to the repaired area, at the owner’s expense, within 30 days. 

• Warranty is registered in the name of the vehicle owner and cannot be transferred. some exemption can by approved by Certified installer and Detail Hub Car Care Products representative  (extra fee may apply)

• The vehicle  paintwork must be maintained and washed regularly, to Detail Hub Car Care Products & Certified installer recommendations, to prevent contamination and build up. After washing insure that no water is left to dry on the coated surface, specially within the first two (2) weeks after installation. In the event that your vehicle is exposed to high mineral-content water (“hard” or “soft” water) like that from some automated car washes, sprinkler systems or tap water in some areas, then all coated areas need to be dried as soon as possible. 

•  Detail Hub Car Care Products  Liquid Steel PRO only provides warranty coverage in the USA 

• registration must have been completed with true and accurate data, and a confirmation Code must be saved.

•  Never use a car wash with brushes or automatic car wash.

 General Terms & Conditions 

 General Terms & Conditions The following general terms and conditions apply to Liquid Steel Pro Warranty Program products: 

1. Warranty term begins from the date of registration of warranty via website, warranty card  and vehicle details.

2. This agreement excludes vehicles used for commercial purposes at any time previous to, presently, or during the course of this warranty period.

3. Initial application must be performed by a Certified Lequid Steel PRO Ceramic  Installer.

4. Any application, re-application, repair work or other work carried out on the coated surface must be applied, reapplied, or repaired by a Certified Liquid Steel Pro Ceramic  Installer after claim approval from Detail Hub Car Care Products Liquid Steel PRO Ceramic; 

5. The Liquid Steel PRO Ceramic  Agent must be notified of any claim due to failure of product performance within 14 days of occurrence.

6. Any Vehicles over 3 months old must have an inspection done by aproved Installer and may  require a machine polish to be carried out by an approved applicator prior to application, newer vehicles may also require a machine polish if advised by the approved installer.

7. Vehicle must remain continuously registered within North America for the duration of the warranty. 8. Warranty is in the name of the vehicle owner and can only be transferred if new owner attends to the annual service. Failure to transfer through an annual service with a Liquid Steel PRO certified installer within the required period will change the period of cover on the warranty. transfer to “1 year” from the date of the last service 

 General Liability Limitations 

Detail Hub Car Care Products Liquid Steel PRO or its agents shall not accept liability for the following: 

1. Workmanship errors and faulty workmanship such, but not limited to, high spots, streaks, and low spots are not covered. 

2. Deterioration of factory-installed equipment or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturer, their dealership, third-party supplier or modifier, or professional detailers not authorized by Detail Hub Car Care Products Liquid Steel PRO.

3. Swirl marks, marring, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface, hard water spots. 

4. Pre-existing damage or deterioration.

5. Any claim for matters which are covered by vehicle manufacturers’ warranty.

6. Damage caused by manual or automatic wash brushes, contaminated and/or abrasive cloths and sponges, untreated areas due to accident damage and/or their subsequent repairs, and/or damage caused by impact with a foreign object (i.e., stone chips).

7. Warranty is valid for factory clear-coated systems only and excludes any non-clear-coated or matte finishes  if not especified previesly on a service contract. 

1. Annual Inspections must be carried out by an approved applicator, within 30-days before the anniversary date of the last service to maintain the warranty. 

2. Failure to undertake an annual inspection within the required period will void warranty.

 *A fee determined by the approved applicator will be charged for the Annual Inspection, which includes – Exterior Wash, Decontamination and Inspection and possible reapplication of coating.
